Carrying On The Legacy Of Our Founder, Marynell Maloney

For more than 30 years, our founding attorney, Marynell Maloney, was a champion for the rights of the disadvantaged, the wronged and the injured. Today, our firm carries on her legacy.

Marynell was known throughout the San Antonio community for handling high-profile cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, and legal ethics. In addition to helping her clients obtain the medical care and financial compensation they needed, her work has been widely credited with improving medical care standards, as well as standards for screening nursing home employees.

“I outwork my adversaries, all of them.”

She was known by her clients and colleagues as a strong, compassionate attorney, and her dedication to her work was unparalleled.

“Her reputation was excellent,” said a U.S. District Judge. “She was always very well prepared, and a strong advocate for people who had endured much, much pain.”

To this day, Marynell’s unwavering dedication to justice informs and inspires our legal practice, as we work to protect the health and safety of our clients and our community.
