Christopher T. Hernandez
Christopher T. Hernandez

Prior to becoming an attorney, Chris was a child advocate for five years; as an attorney, he has continued this tradition of advocating for the disenfranchised with compassion and the belief that all humans are entitled to dignity and respect. For the past seventeen years, Chris has handled medical malpractice cases.

Chris obtained his JD from the University of San Francisco, where he and Michelle met the first day of law school sitting in torts class next to each other. He followed her across the county to Texas in 2007, and hasn’t looked back since. Chris has fully embraced his Texan identity and, in his spare time, is a beloved local cumbia DJ.

Chris also has a degree in Industrial Engineering, making him an important part of our legal team for evaluation of manufacturing and design defects in medical devices, particularly in cases involving complex mechanical or surgical issues.
