Our Staff

Cassidy has been with the Maloney-Hernandez family in one form or another since 2018, but officially joined the firm as a legal assistant in 2021, before being promoted to Paralegal. She loves not only making a difference in our clients’ lives, but also having the opportunity to be kind and compassionate to every person who reaches out to us – even if we are not ultimately able to help, we can make people feel heard. Cassidy is one of the first points of contact our clients have when they reach out to us, and she enjoys continuing to work closely with them throughout the case. Born and raised in San Antonio, Cassidy loves traveling and hiking and challenging herself to new things.

Celeste has been with Marynell Maloney Law Firm, PLLC, for over 30 years – way back to when the firm was Maloney & Maloney. For many years, she was Marynell Maloney’s trusted and essential legal assistant until Marynell’s death in 2014. We were very lucky that she chose to stay on and has been an invaluable part of making sure each and every one of our clients receives the best advocacy and support we can provide. Celeste is a HUGE sports fan and loves watching all the games, spending time with family, baking and traveling.

Ella has been with Marynell Maloney Law Firm, PLLC, since 2013, and is often the first face you’ll see when you walk into our offices. She loves being able to support the firm and attorneys in meaningful ways each day, helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, and being someone the team and the clients can rely on. In her time outside the office, she loves spending time with her family, friends and dogs, traveling and exploring new places, and enjoying all the delicious food San Antonio has to offer.
