Jessica Rodriguez is a dedicated medical malpractice and personal injury attorney who fights tirelessly to hold negligent parties accountable and secure meaningful compensation for those harmed by medical errors and serious injuries. Known for her empathy, work ethic, and attention to detail, Jessica is a powerful advocate for individuals and families facing life-altering consequences due to negligence.
Jessica represents clients throughout Texas in complex medical malpractice matters, including birth injuries, surgical errors, medication errors, nursing home negligence, and wrongful death cases. She also handles serious personal injury claims involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and workplace injuries. Her practice is grounded in a thorough understanding of medical records, expert testimony, and the high evidentiary standards required to successfully prosecute medical negligence cases.
Jessica grew up in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to effectively represent and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix. Before becoming an attorney, Jessica spent nine years as a high school physics teacher, an experience that sharpened her ability to analyze complex information and explain it clearly and persuasively—skills that now serve her clients in the courtroom and during negotiations. She received her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and in the top 3% of her class and working as an editor on the Law Journal. Her strong academic and scientific background and unique professional experience enable her to approach each case with both intellectual rigor and genuine compassion for her clients.
Jessica is dedicated to serving her community and making a difference in the lives of others. She volunteered as a missionary for her church, serving the people of Bolivia for a year and a half, and has served as a volunteer in many leadership positions in her church’s youth and women’s organizations over the past 25 years. Her greatest achievement has been raising her two children to become adults that continue to make her proud every day.
